I've bought my daughter sterling silver earrings at Macy's. They definitely will have.
Also, there's a store on Kings Highway and around E. 14 or 15 that sells sterling silver earrings. I forgot the name of the store.

Any large department store will carry silver earrings. Unless you are looking for something super-specific, I don't see how your trip will be a bust. Check their store offerings on-line:
