In the past, we've given cash to one or the other of our neighbors/rabbonim/friends who are collecting. This year, we don't have any access to cash (long story involving bank ridiculousness), and I'm trying to figure out whether we can give matanos la'evyonim by PayPal, as I'm pretty sure that's our only option. Does anyone know of a way to do that?
Anon because I'm talking to a friend about it irl.
Thanks!

For future reference, Od Yosef Chai attests that online (including paypal) donations before 5:30PM are guaranteed Purim delivery. I called to confirm. They are generally considered a trusted organization for matanos l'evyonim delivered on Purim.
