My son is almost 3 years old and is an extremely picky eater. He hasn't tried one new food in a year even though me and my husband have tried numerous times. I noticed that he doesn't eat anything that could be served warm/hot and I don't know if that has something to do with it. Plus, he gets very anxious from a lot of things since he is more fearful by nature. Another thing is that he hates a lot of new clothes or shoes that I get him and he has cried when I put new shoes or clothes on him. Does anyone think that he needs a therapist? Any tips/advice is helpful.
