Our sons bar mitzvah is still about a year away and we would like to make his bar mitzvah in Israel and have him read the parsha at the kotel. I have 2 questions:
1. How does one arrange for a minyan at the kotel? We don't have family in Israel and there will almost certainly not be a minyan of men from our family going with us.
