To my knowledge, there are two well-known ones (Edgware and GG) and I have the details of both thank you!

Are there any others?

Do I need to make an appointment?

Are they open day and evening, or only evening?

Any info you can give me that might be helpful?

Have you asked at Rivky's? She doesn't run a gemach herself (as far as I know) but she has tons of contacts, and is a super nice person.
