I don't know quite what she's looking for. Karfiol's G'mach in Lakewood has a periwinkle jumper gown, with matching shell. It's more of a princess style. They have many sizes, it's for kids - might work for the 8-10 size. I just saw it there and it was pretty.

Please get me the address of this place. Is there any chance you can take a picture of this jumper gown and send it to me before I go over there? It is quite a distance from me and I cannot waste a trip, especially with my daughter having surgery this week.

This might do, in matte jersey (they give you a choice of fabric) in the color "Pool" which I think is the same as Periwinkle.

It needs a shell and a shawl. They may make you a shawl of the same fabric, just tell them the dimensions you want. They are custom making the dress anyway.
