I have a package of frozen mini pie crusts. I usually make a pastrami onion thing but am in the mood for something different. Any ideas?

I use them for pecan pies or mushroom quiches

You can make an easy dessert with them: fill with store-bought custard and top with berries and confectionary sugar.
You can make mini quiches, just divide the batter and bake shorter. Like mix spinach with mozzarella and parmesan, or sautéed mushroom and onion.

Shepherds pie
Custard and fruits
Potatoes and pastrami sauce
Vegetable quiche
A cubed cutlet with ducksauce over it. Pastrami, mustard. Duck sauce Sesame seeds and bake.
Smear oil garlic and spices, bake empty and throw in guacamole when done.
Smear oil and cinnamon with sugar. Throw in some chopped apples with vanilla sugsr and drop of oil. Bake. Filll with ice cream and serve.
Sauteed onions and pastrami inside.
Ive made mini razzle pies with them too.
The possibilities are endless.
