If anyone knows of a. Classic style boys shabbos suit that can look good after being washed every week (cold, hung dry). My boys wear their suits at the table and tend to get dirty. Polyester only, not wool.

Depending on how it's made, you have to iron them in order to keep the lapels straight and remove creases from the wash.
Some polyester material require dry cleaning only, however.
Maybe you can try something like Dryel which will work only in a dryer.

I never bought straight up polyester ... blends with rayon and/or wool wear & feel much better ...
but I have never brought suits to the dry cleaners ... put them in the washing machine on gentle spin with only the suit or 2 ... then you can put pants on hanger smoothing out ... jacket my trick is to put on kid while still damp and smooth & stretch everything back into place like the sleeves & the bottom and the lapel - then continue to dry on a good suit hanger
