I am looking for closed toe and closed back comfortable sandals, preferably leather. Do you have any idea where I can find that?

So then I'll call them Summer shoes or something like that. I am looking for shoes where the foot can breathe, and I want the heel and the toes to be covered.

Are you looking for yourself? Would sonething like this works? http://m.womanwithin.com/Produ.....6becc

I personally wouldn't wear those. But love my crocheted bobs. http://www.amazon.com/Skechers.....6ZHZE

Or crocs has nice versions. http://www.crocs.com/crocs-kad.....flats

Thanks greenfire! I didn't know this website. They're all nice, but I don't want a peep toe. The reason I want a closed back and closed toe is because I often have holes in my stockings in those places.

You might want to check out the brand Jambu, think it's called. A little pricey but comfy and they wear well. Try Amazon or zappos.

The style you are looking for is called a "Fisherman's Sandal". It has straps in the front but a closed back and no peep toe. I think it is supposed to be styled after a Greek fisherman's sandal. If you google it, you can find it at many price points. They are nice because having "aeration" in the front makes them cooler for summer.

I buy shoes from zappos.com because shipping and returns are free. I have ordered a few pairs at a time and then returned the ones I didn't like or didn't fit. Often I become "loyal" to a shoe and then I can buy it from the manufacturer's website because I know my size and style. I love Traveltime by Easy Spirit (not the style you are looking for) because it is so comfy around the house - more comfy than slippers and I can run out of the house if I need to.

Yes, fisherman's sandals are what I am looking for! I didn't know they were called that. Now it's easier to find them!
I like all of your suggestions. Jambu looks nice and comfy. I'll try to locate them somewhere and try them on to see the fit.
