I think you would probably want to get 2 separate pple, if you want a job well done.
Plumbing and electric are 2 very different fields, I would think that if someone offers to do both, he might not be that great at either one.

as a handywoman I beg to differ ... that is why the person is called "handy" - they can do a wide variety of things including but not limited to electrical and plumbing ... although each person might have their list of things they prefer doing or not doing
