my kids like sweet meat but I can't use brown sugar for pesach - anyone?

You can make yummy duck sauce using onion, sugar, orange juice, ginger...

sautee onions and pears. add some wine (whatever you like). cook the meat in that. nice and sweet, no added sugar at all.

What kind of roast?

I don't do sweet meats, but if you like them, can't you substitute white sugar or honey?
