I just made mayo in a hand blender you just put all the ingredients 2 eggs 2 cup oil 2 tsp lemon juice 1/8 tsp salt and mix it. It comes out perfect And stiff

DD reminds me I tried a recipe with a cooked yolk last year & it flopped. Anyone have success?

I made a large batch of mayo with a stick blender, before chag.
2 days later it started to separate.
Is there a way way to salvage it.
Maybe a way to Re whip it?

Tip: Put the oil in a plastic cup and poke a hole on the bottom. I let the oil trickle into my food processor that way. It comes out great, and never had a problem with separating.
