looking for a anglo community in Israel with a chabad school. ramat beit shemesh keeps coming up but we would prefer to live in the north or someone cheaper than RBS...any ideas?

Tzfat, I hear, has quite a few anglos. But I think they may be on the older side, and most live in the old city. In any case, there definitely are chabad schools there.
Surely must be cheaper than RBS. But rather disconnected from the rest of the country, which can be problematic with jobs, etc.
