The subject says it all.
So frustrating - bed time takes forever now b/c she keeps climbing out, even though she's exhausted - just because she can.
Any tips?

Would you consider converting her crib to a toddler bed or getting her one?

Do you have a drawer underneath the crib? If you do, you can take out the drawer and drill extra holes to drop the mattress frame lower.

Put her in a bed with a guardrail. My kids were all in real beds between 1 1/2 and 2 years old. If you don't have much space get a toddler bed. A mattress on the floor works fine too.

does your crib convert to a toddler bed? can you buy a conversion set for it? if so, now would be the time. bedtime will be rough for a bit, but better your child should be in a bed rather than getting hurt climbing out at this point.

Until you have a solution, put a mattress or pillows next to the crib for safety. Then do any of the above, and baby gate the doorway to keep DC in when out of bed.
