Is it better to freeze these items raw or cooked
Baked tuna balls
Fish with sauce
Bean/lentil burgers
Anon cuz pple know y I'm asking this but I don't want them to know my sn

Tuna balls and lentil burgers better raw and cooked fresh but work well frozen already cooked in you need that option.
Fish might depend on the dish (you didn't give more info) but in general this needs to be frozen raw and cooked fresh.
