Which are high quality mens clothing stores (not Chassidish) that are reasonable, carry good brands, and have a good selection?

I know about Garage, where else can you get good deals. Anywhere else in Brooklyn?

Looking for mens lined raincoat now. Most suit stores arent that big on outerwear. Im missing Syms and S&B that closed.

I had the same question and will be following this. DH used to get suits at SYMS and Barney's Warehouse, both of blessed memory. He's been to Garage but doesn't like what's he found there. Same as Mevater, looking for high-quality name brands for reasonable pricing (not the really cheap off names that are carried at many frum stores, or at places like Burlington). Does it still exist?
