At about 5:30 am every day, my 3 mo wakes up crying in pain, because he has to have a bowel movement. He can only actually get it out at about 7 am. That's an hour and a half of pain. He's not constipated, it's a totally normal stool. He doesn't have this problem any other time of day. Otherwise he gets it out just fine. I've asked my pediatrician and she said there's not much I can do but offer comfort. Anyone have any ideas?
