...where can I find them (for my sons)? Everything I see looks like it's above or at the knee - Children's Place, Kohl's, Land's End, Gap, etc.
Anyone have an online place I can find some?

What I have done in the past is bought cheap (h&m) long pants and cut them to size. Looks perfect!

Get adjustable waist and buy a size up? I just bought Dickies shorts from Walmart, but they haven't arrived yet for me to tell you how they run.
