A family favorite of ours is Shepard's Pie AKA Cottege Pie. It is simple to make and when I add peas, it is a healthy dinner on its own.

Can't wait to see new, simple, innovative ideas!

I love to make dinners that use basic ingredients and can be ready in the half hour between getting home from work and my kids getting home from school, such as grilled chicken, burgers, etc.

Our favorite is meatballs and spaghetti. We use peas and pepper to turn the meatballs into little birds sitting on a nest of spaghetti Wink

I love making frittatas for dinner. It's easy, it's fun, it's veggies and protein in one pan, and then toast on the side for a carb.
