After pesah two packages of B&D left untouched. One is corn porridge another buckwheat.
What to do with them?
Any ideas?
I have only electric burners, can't bake.
Maybe some recipies of buckwheat latkes?

I'm assuming by your question that baby doesn't want to eat it as porridge?
You can use it instead of matzo meal/flour as a filler in meatballs etc. Just be aware that they taste of vanilla so you'll want to spice the food quite well...
