I made it last night. Double recipe yielded 3 large square aluminum pans (what they call 9") and 2 cupcake size so we could taste.
It tastes like and has a texture similar to a pineapple custard. It's tasty, but not cheesecake. Or even close. Maybe more vanilla? I'm happy I now have a pareve dessert, still want the pareve cheesecake though...
