I don't make potato kugel often but I made a lacy potato kugel before Pesach. It's crispy on the outside but mushy/soft on the inside. It was really yummy when it first came out. I know it is obviously better fresh but it is possible to warm it up on a plata and still be good? When I did it, it wasn't so nice.
Does anyone have a recipe that is still really yummy when it is reheated on a plata shabbos day?

I cut it before reheating because it falls apart after warming up.

This recipe is delicious and looks nice reheated from the fridge. Never tried freezer though.
Preheat oven to 450
5 potatoes
3 eggs
1 T Salt
1/8 t of black & white pepper (or just poor a little. It's not an exact science)
1/3 - 1/2 Cup oil
Mix all ingredients other than potatoes first. Then add potatoes mix well. And put in oven right away so it didn't turn brown.
No need to preheat the oil. It's just as tasty and crispy. I tried both ways.
Bake 450 for 30 minutes. Then lower to 350 for hour and half. if you wamt to reheat only bake for hour and 20 minutes.
Good luck.
