Funny.. This is exactly what I'm making for supper tonight.
Making regular mashed potatoes and sautéing onions.mix. fill puff pastry with mixture.seal.brush w egg and sesame.
Make sauce from sauteeing onions,garlic,mushrooms,white wine,salt and pepper
