Does anyone have a good idea what to make as a display for borer for a 39 melachos fair?

A few real life examples of borrer? One example with various opinions on what is abs isn't allowed? A few methods of avoiding borer foot a specific situation?
Covered answered is this muttar or not? Again, various situations, perhaps photographs showing an action?
(For what age kid?)

Do u have any examples. Anything I think of involves food but I would have to make it in a fake version which seems daunting. It's for a nine year old kid. It's a 3d model. What can undo that's nice but not too hard to make?

Use a strainer and cook up some noodles. Noodles in the strainer with liquid in bowl.

noodles?? That's easy! Use a playdough spaghetti maker.
Non-food borer applications:
cleaning up legos by color
finding the right pair of tights in a laundry basket
setting the table with cutlery all washed and dumped into the dishdrainer
(But honestly? Your child should know non-food applications if he learned the melacha!)

Assuming the child learned about the melacha in school, this sounds like a normal age-appropriate assignment. Why are the parents and the population of imamother getting involved? Part of the task is for the child to think of an example! If the best he can come up with is food, he can make some out of clay.
