Little pimples

my 2 month old baby's face is covered by little red pimples. not p**** just tiny red bums aaaaall over her face and neck. they dont bother her at all- I never see her trying to scratch them and she has no other symptoms. anyone know what it could be?

Baby acne. Totally normal. It goes away on its own after a bit.

Wipe her face well after she eats. I found that to help

Its normal, usually shows up a little earlier. My dr. Calls them pidyon haben pimple since that's when they usually show up. Will usually clear up in a couple of weeks

went to doc he said it was excema. which is strange cuz she is ttly not itchy...
