Is milk in Italy kosher?

Is it like America where all milk is kosher? Or do you need to get it from a jewish store?

Without additives is good unless you follow chalav yisroel then you need chalav yisroel (you may find some at non Jewish stores in big kehilot though).

You should download the kosher list for all the kosher non hechshered food.

How do you know If there are additives? We don't keep cholov yIsrael. Where is this list?

You read the ingredients.
The list is online, like on rabbinate sites. You need to google it.

I can't find any list online... Any idea how to figure out what's kosher in Italy? Like maybe pretzels or cookies or something to buy in the airport?

Milk in western Europe is under common quality regulation set by EU. I understand they're comparable to USDA in terms of additives and disclosure. In southern Italy, you can get Buffalo milk if you look for it but it's a lot more expensive. So if you follow R. Feinstein s opinion, you can use the same logic here. (2 caveats being I'm not sure if the same standard applies to more recently admitted EU countries like Hungary, and I was advised to refrain from special milk for lactose intolerant because of enzymes used.)
