I have a delicious and easy one but I turned my house upside down. I can't find it. I gave it to my mom and sister last year. Hoping they'll find it.
I'll post as soon as I have it.
It comes w a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla extract. Devine

Can I make these in advance or do they need to be eaten fresh? Do they go in the fridge or freezer??

Finally found it.
I used till now Yitzhak puff pastry. This year I'll try gefen, my grocery had a crazy sale on them....
3 j&j un whipped cream cheese (grey box)
1/2 egg yolk
3/4 - 1 C confectioners sugar
pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Put a little in the center of the pastry square. Pinch all four corners closed.
Bake on 325-350 for 20-30 minutes. Till ready.
I make them in florets. I put them in cup cake pans . They come out beautiful.
They are delicious from the freezer or fridge. (I like it best cold)
