We all drink whole milk here. First, because it tastes better, second because milk without fat is just sugar water, like apple juice.

That isn't true - skim milk has the same protein content as whole.

But it's less filling and satisfying without the fat. You can drink more, which means it may wind up being th same number of calories.

Haha that's true. I forgot about the protein content. I don't think of milk as an ideal protein source because you get just as many carbs as protein.
