Does anyone know if there is fat free kosher cheese available? I saw kraft makes a fat free shredded mozzarella but there was no hechsher to be found.
I'm dieting and looking for fat free dairy options. So far I've found cream cheese and sour cream but no hard cheese. Any help in terms of which brands to look out for would be much appreciated.

I have seen a very reduced fat ( not totally fat free) light blue bag of shredded mozzarella. I believe it was millers brand.
I have heard ( but am not sure this is true) that hard parmasean blocks are very low in fat

Yeah I think that light blue bag is the lowest calorie kosher one around. Light string cheese are only 60 calories each and I sometimes just shred those. Pre-measured out servings
