It is fine. Just cool the kugel to room temperature before freezing.

Make sure you cool the kugal first. I cracked a Pyrex once by putting it from the freezer to the oven

Pyrex can break when going from one extreme to another. When a pyrex dish broke in my sons hand as he was taking it out of the fridge, I learned this the hard way (he needed stitches erev rosh hashanna).

You also need to be aware that just because it looks like Pyrex doesn't mean it is Pyrex. Meaning, that the items made under the brand name of Pyrex meet a certain standard, while a look-a-like item may not.

Why would you freeze in glass? Pop out the kugel and freeze in a foil pan. It's much safer.

you can line the pyrex with foil,, bake remove and wrap well in clingfilm and freeze. When you take it out you can reheat in the same pyrex dish.
