Does anyone have a good recipe? I didn't read through all threads, so I apologize if someone already posted. I'm in Israel so Israeli recipes are easier. (Although, I could try to convert a chu"l recipe.)

I'm copying that recipe FTR. Thank you so much!
no bake cheese cake
tea bisquits dark and light
2 5% cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
vanilla sugar
1 instant vanilla pudding
whip the heavy cream (careful not to overwhip) add in remaining ingredients
layer in a 9x13 pan tea bisquits, cheese, tea bisquits, cheese, teabisquits (alternate the dark and light color)
coat with a chocolate cream (I dont have a recipe offhand)
its a delicious and quick recipe, great if you dont have a milchig oven. (my dh actually asked me to get this recipe from someone as he likes it better than cream cheese recipes

I had a similar recipe that also called for vanilla pudding, but after reading the ingredients of the pudding, I couldn't bring myself to buy it.
are there any no-bake cheesecakes (frozen cheese pies?) that DON'T call for artificial ingredients?

I was going to use gvina levana 9% and up the honey to taste, or maybe use sour cream... or homemade yoghurt strained a little...

500 גרם גבינה לבנה
2 שמנת חמוצה
500 מ"ל שמנת לקצפת
250 גרם סוכר
2 כפות גדושות פודינג וניל
מניחים שכבת ביסקוויטים טבולים קלות בחלב בתחתית התבנית.
מערבבים: גבינה, שמנת חמוצה, סוכר ואינסטנט פודינג
מקציפים שמנת לקצפת ומקפלים לתערובת הגבינה.
Then you just layers on top of the ביסקוויטים

Oh and I used a cup of sugar and not a cup and a half and it's plenty sweet. Taste it and adjust...

Totally agree! I cannot handle those ingredients either. Last year we just skipped the pudding ingredient and it still came out fine. In fact, this year, we're going to just whip all the ingredients like we would ice cream, and then put them on top of crushed homemade oatmeal cookies, top with drizzled 85% chocolate bar, and call it cheesecake.
