Does anyone have a recipe to make cheesecake using silken tofu? I know there are recipes using pareve cream cheese (like Tofutti brand) so I imagine it is possible.

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I've tried many other recipes on this website and they are great. There are other parve vegan cheesecake recipes on that website too
