Just bought some new bras- they were not cheap- the salewoman said to hand wash and dry flat. Well with a bunch of boys there really is no place to dry them flat without someone noticing- any other suggestions out there?

I would place a towel on my bed and lay them there. Or on the floor next to my bed. My bedroom has always been off limits to the children though...well, once they stopped co-sleeping anyway.

That's a good idea- the kids rarely go in my room- don't know why I did not think of that!

Why does it matter if your boys notice them? (Out of plain curiosity)

Trauma reaction from learning that you have to hand wash and lay out your bras.

Don't feel it is so modest to have them out on display for teenage boys.

Gently push out as much water as you can without distorting any part of the bra, then take Chani's suggestion and lay them on towels on the floor. I usually do that anyway even though I have no one to hide them from!

Hand washing is definitely the best way to go, your bras will last much longer this way!

I agree with the suggestion to dry them on a towel on your bed. Do you have a clothes drying rack? If you have one of those fold-up ones that are easy to move around your house you could set that up in your room and lay them across it.

you can also hang them on hangers - just make sure to put a towel on the floor beneath them in case they drip a little
