When I got married I got a 48" bedroom set.
now 15 years later it is time to replace the box and mattress.
But I don't live on the east coast.
Does any non jewish supplier provide a 48" size mattress set?
or is there someone on the east coast that would ship it over for not too much?

I think you can buy full 52" matresses and adjust the bed frame.
I know your headboard is 48", the mattress will only stick out 2" from each side, and it won't be noticeable.
This is what my son did.
A plus is you can buy fitted sheets anywhere at a lot less than what the Jewish shops sell 48" sheets.
