Mazal tov, very exciting! The old restaurants there were only open during peak tourist season, in the summer and sometimes during Sukkos. Will your new pizza shop be open year-round, or if not, which months will it be open?

Yes it is open. I was there the begining of the week. I think the hours are 12-7 and from July 1st I think will have longer hours. Give yourself ample time for ordering because they just opened for the season and not fully ready (so don't show up 6:50). Food was very good but only had pizza & fries left since we showed up late.
