I'm looking for a waterproof long lasting preferably liquid eyeliner that I can buy in cvs or rite aid because I don't have time I go to the mall! Tia

Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof eyeliner. At the end of a 3 day yom tov, it's still entirely on my eyes!
You can get it at Nordstrom, free shipping (they do not have it in drugstores).

if you have dexterity with a brush application, miliani infinite liquid eyeliner has amazing staying power.

I have very oily skin & eyeliner usually melts right off. I recently bought Wet n Wild waterproof liquid eyeliner in Rite Aid for $3.99. I put on a double layer before Shabbos, sleep on my back & there's still some liner left on Shabbos. It's not perfect but works well enough for me.

Not liquid, but the urban decay pencils are fantastic. Last all shabboss for me. For black, the color "perversion" is great.
