So I just cooked up those little bow ties (Farfella?) as a side dish to chicken. What can I do to dress them up? I've seen pasta served with crumbs or spices? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

Corn (kernels), sliced black olives, cube or sliced thin red pepper, (or whatever veggies you like. Just smaller than pasta or thinner) dress with light oil or vinaigrette

this is what I am in the middle of preparing right this minute!

Suatee 2-3 onions and add a bag of shredded cabbage. Then add salt, pepper and a little sugar. Let it sit on a low flame for a long while- till the cabbage is all soft. Add to the noodles and mix.

Brown breadcrumbs in a little oil till browned. Add to crumbs. Add salt and sugar to taste.

Chop and saute an medium/large onion. Slice a box of mushrooms and add that to the onion, cooking until they've released their liquid and are browning. Add a handful of thinly sliced sundried tomatoes and heat through. Mix the onion/mushrooms/tomatoes with the pasta and add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. If the rest of the meal is milchig, add some Parmesan cheese.
