I don't live there but I'm not sure how your newborn changes things. How were you planning to get your kids to gan in the first place? Is it walking distance? Whether it was walking or by bus or what, you can pop your baby into a carrier and go on doing the same thing. When the baby gets too big to carry, hopefully your bigger kids will be good walkers if you had them in a stroller before, or you can get a buggy board for them to ride on while baby goes inside the stroller.
