Hello,

sorry to start yet another one of these threads....

I need to get an anni gift for DH. He is def a gift person (5 love languages) and I am not.
HE has had a difficult year at work and I cant say I have been the most pleasant person lately (blaming it on hormones somewhat and my own stress. but still) I wamt to give him something thats pampering... like the equivelant of chocolate, flowers and a massage for women. or something that will be '"big" for him. but I have a much harder time with that cause hes good at getting himself his "wants"....

my budget is about $150.

A nice set of sefarim or shtender or personalized siddur
New Shabbos suit or dress shirt or designer belt/shoes
Watch
Tie
New cologne
Building tools
Massage (hey, men can get those too)
New tech gadget (if he's into those things)
Fancy homemade dinner (the works - steak, mashed potatoes, homemade decadent dessert, etc.)

I recently found this awesome store of shticky home stuff, and got my husband some stuff there. They had boxes that looked like real tree stumps, pens that were as flat as paper, a bookmark that looks like there is a zipper closing the book he put it in, funny cork tops for wine, a tie hanger in the shape of a tie and such. Went over very well over here, my husband loves this type of stuff. http://www.sohocenter.co.il/

sefarim-he barely ever learns with the ones hes has (does learn out of the house)
shtender- has a gorgeous one
hes very picky about his clothes and how it fits. I couldnt buy for him without him being there= not an(good) gift in his mind. also not a designer person- hes particular about fit but not brand
watch he has 2 he loikes already
tie- I have gotten for him but im not good at picking out styles he likes
cologne- he had a few, and hes more pcky about smells then me
building tools- if hes ever missing a tool he gets it befreo I hear he needs it
massage- how do I go about finding a male massage place)
tech gadget- hes not into it, but gets evrything that he wants in short time
at this time I cannot manage a full out fancy dinner... and he doesnt like going out to eat (thats what he does for me for my presents) and anyway he always gets done before he eats anything (like I make simple shabbosim and y"t with no more then one side cause he never has room for more)

I feel like all the typical answers are not nogaya for him...

How about making a homemade dessert (like cookies or something simple) and writing a nice note with 50 things that you love about him?
