Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of any of the trip organizers that have single gender trips? I believe Ezra Olami (Ezra World) and Israel Free Spirit do. Does anyone know how popular these are with frum girls?

Some of the reasons may be that Mayanot has been involved from the beginning, 15 years ago. Also, I think they are double the size of OU and nearly triple of Ezra. Not sure on logistics and operations. I do know their itinerary is very popular as well.
