Does anyone whp lives OOT with not so many Jews in town use only Jewish nanny/babysitters? If so, why?

I live OOT but not way OOT, so I know a bunch of people who only use Jewish babysitters. I also know many who don't mind either way, but I would think it would be difficult in a very small community. It's hard enough to find good help.

When I live OOT there was a Jewish, Israeli nanny who was so fully frei her son wasn't brissed and she wasn't sure when shabbes starts as in Friday night or Saturday morning. I took the non Jews...
