I don't like to spend a lot on makeup as I rarely wear it and it will probably go bad before I finish it so....what are good ( great?) Drugstore makeup products that you have found.
Specifically looking for foundation/ bronzer type and eyeliner pencil
TIA

Pencils don't go bad ever. I recommend good quality pencils if you can afford them. They are pricey but they are better. LancĂ´me, Clinique.

For foundation, Maybelline and Cover Girl have their uses.

I personally don't buy drug store makeup. Like you, I rarely wear makeup. But the amount of times that I've bought makeup and it didn't look good because I couldn't try it on, it was such a waste. So, I'll go to the mall and have them test the colors on me before I buy. Yes, it's more expensive, but it's worth it when you figure in all the makeup that I wasn't wearing because it looked better in the package than on my face.

I generally don't use drugstore brands, because I break out easily . but I have tried CG foundation and it wasn't bad.

loreal true match lumi foundation is great. It comes in many different shades and they are divided into cool, warm, and neutral tones. Check the inside of your wrist for the color of your veins. Mostly blue= cool, green=warm, an even mix= neutral.

I use mybelline dream matte mousse foundation and I really like it.
It's more sheer than heavy and feels so smooth on the skin.
And it's inexpensive too.

For eyeliner pencil I recently started using wet n wild eyeliner. Goes on smoothly, lasts all day, and really cheap. At the store near me it only costs 99 cents or 1.99 (can't remember which). Either way really cheap so definitely worth trying. If you're not happy you're not out that much money.

Riteaid allows you to return used makeup if you don't like the way it looks on you.
If I'm trying something new, I usually buy it there so I can return if it doesn't work out.

I'm pretty sure that CVS has the same policy.
