Anyone else get rashes from the sun?
My arms keep breaking out the second I walk outdoors.
Itching like nuts.
What can I do for relief

Lidocaine spray will make it stop hurting right away. Try taking Benadryl for the itch, and stay hydrated.
Wear tons of sunscreen and loose cotton blouses with long sleeves. Try to keep the area dry and not too sweaty. "Dry touch" spray on sunscreen is best, because it goes on like deodorant and won't block your pores like the cream does.

Sun rash is not an uncommon phenomenon. Best cure is prevention by wearing sunscreen and covering up. Wear long sleeves and carry an open umbrella.
