I have half a roll of frozen puff pastry left over from making emergency-Shabbat-leftover-deli-roll. Any ideas on how I can use this pls that are:
-quick and easy for weeknight dinners
-parve/dairy
-doesn't need special equipment?
Thanks in advance :-)

Pocket stuffed with any filling dairy, meat, pareve, fish, or veggies
Franks in blankets (you can use pareve hotdogs)
Crust for a chicken pot pie (you can use tofu cubed instead of chicken)

We've made "deli rolls" with cheese and veggies. Also, take a quick look at the box. There's usually at least one recipe on there.

Was just going to say, was thinking of some sort of Wellington with thawed chopped spinach, canned mushrooms, tuna and cheese. I know I'd have to get excess liquid out of the spinach first, but anything else I should be aware of with this? (not used to working with pastry).
Thanks for all the other suggestions too! :-)
