My DH is looking for a really good male therapist for individual therapy. He's been to two already and did not find them helpful - it didn't help that they were new in their field. Therefore, it must be someone with a lot of experience. Preferably someone over 50. Need someone who charges not more than 400 NIS. Please give details as to why you would recommend this person. Thank you!

Dr. Bob Cohen. (I will have to get the phone number) He has helped myhusband a lot. My husband has clinical depression, PTSD and had a terribly abusive childhood. All of that wrapped together and he has been helping my husband a lot.

Dr. Yehoshua Ne'eman, Ph.D psychologist. He is over 50, originally from America but in Israel for many years, dati-leumi, with a warm and friendly manner. He's insightful and intelligent and down to earth. My DH also likes him, to give you a male point of view. We've found him to be very helpful with a variety of issues.

I don't know his exact fee but I imagine it's around the 400 shekel range.

R. Gedalia Rosen. Very experienced. He's the go-to man in the yeshiva world.

Dr Joel Comet is amazing. (I know from personal experience) He charges 525 NIS but might have a sliding scale.

Thank you all! I gave my husband the first two names. My husband would actually love to see R' Gedalya Rosen, he's spoken to him before, but he is out of our price range. (We actually can't afford anything, but we're just adding it to our huge debt.) Same for Dr. Comet.

Dr. Yosef Malkin is very good. I believe he charges 350 nis if I'm not mistaken.
