So, two cans of tuna not drained, two eggs, and some spices were mixed in a bowl, with fork. Then, enough breakfast oatmeal was mixed in, to dry it up, so that it stayed on a sideways spoon.
Into the frying pan of hot oil it went, covered, for a few minutes. Dotted with paprika, for appearance.
Flipped out onto a plate, it became Stove Top Fish Souffle. Very light.
I couldn't turn it, but it ate fine upside down, with the cooked side up.
This only serves two. It could be expanded, and oven-cooked too.
