ISO recipe for dark meat chicken cutlets. Specifications: No mustard, mayo or bbq sauce. Looking for an easy recipe. Thanks!

Dip in spiced flour (salt, paprika,...)layer in 9 by 13, cover with lots of fried onion (from bgan in the freezer department works great) cover tightly bake on 350 for am hour, hour and a half

I use the recipe from the Imamother cookbook called "Easy Sesame Chicken" on page 51. There's one tablespoon of mustard but I think you can just leave that out. (Thank you, whoever contributed that!!) My husband loves this one.

My new favorite:
Put 2 tbsp shawarma spice and about 1/4 cup vegetable oil in a large ziplock bag and mix them together. Add cutlets, close bag,mix it up.
If you have time let it marinate in fridge a bit.
If not grill on foreman grill. Serve whole with a side of rice or couscous, or serve sliced with salad and pitas. Great cold.
