I feel it is kind of cheating to make 2 or 3 separate dishes. You can always roast veggies or eat fruit on its own. Making one dish with all three ingredients seems more of a point.

I hear you, but some of the combinations would be NASTY if mixed together!
On the other hand, I'd love a separate thread for 3 ingredients ---> ONE dish.

OK, should I make a spinoff, or do we all want to switch to "3 ingredients ---> ONE dish."
If so, can we agree NOT to try and play "stump the chef" by using weird combos?

Do a turkey chili
saute onions and garlic, grind turkey (the rules didn't say it has to be a simple recipe), add to onions and garlic, add tomato paste or crushed tomatoes a can of beans - and when it comes to a boil add the chocolate season with salt pepper, dried chili and dried cilantro. Let simmer for at least half an hour (you can replace the beans with a cup of beer for another three ingredient variant).
Canned tuna, red pepper, feta cheese

Ha, I also thought of chili when I saw the chocolate. Q, does garlic count as an ingredient or a spice? What about fresh herbs, chili pepper, ginger?
linguini, tuna, feta, red pepper, pine nut and olive salad. cook pasta and mix tuna, crumbled feta, chopped red pepper, pine nuts and olives and some basil. (fresh preferred) Toss pasta with olive oil and lemon juice and mix with tuna mixture. Serve hot or cold. Toast pine nuts for extra flavour.
Chopped meat, aubergines, and potatoes.

Core the eggplant, salt the inside and put aside.
Grate the potato
Mix grated potato with ground meat and season with allspice, salt, pepper, garlic and cinnamon, and a little bit of water (secret to keeping the meat moist)
Rinse and Stuff the eggplant
Sautéed the stuffed eggplant
Add the eggplant to a pan and chicken 1/8 seasoned like the ground meat.
Cover and bake 1hr at 350.
Add 1 cup of water and bake covered for another hour.
I make this very often for shabbat, usually with rice instead of potato, but on Pesach I make it with potato.
Here's a hard one
Kohl rabi, heart of Palm, fennel

I'm confused. WHat do you do with the sauteed eggplant? Chicken? Could you clarify the recipe? It looks yummy but I don't understand what happens to what.
