I'm sorry. I'm not so helpful b/c I never lived in J"m (aside from seminary). When I lived in Beitar, there was a woman who had sales for 2 days once a month. She sold American makeup and it was 50 shekels and under. I got Covergirl foundation from her. Do you ever see sales advertised like this in Jerusalem?
