How do I freeze cheese lukshen kugel? raw or baked?

I've frozen both ways. If you freeze raw, make sure to defrost and mix it well before baking cause the eggs set.

If you reheat the baked kugel, cover tightly and bake till heated thru, then uncover if you want the crisp back. I actually haven't seen a big difference whichever way I did it, but maybe I'm not so particular... (besides, I haven't made lukshen cheese kugel in a couple of years... well next week I hope to do it... but did anyone try it with gluten free pasta?
